OC belongs entirely to the lovely

OMGOMG I finished it @____@
I'm so happy ;u;

I chose to draw Melody because when I was younger, I had created an OC that was very similar to her... both physically and emotionally. I forgot the name of my OC but she too had long long brown hair she wore in pigtails and her dream was also to sing. So when I saw Melody in the list of OC's we could draw for this contest, my heart immediately went out to Melody.

I drew her singing with a bird... kind of Snow White style when she wakes up in the forest.... anyways XD
Melody wanted to sing but was afraid no one will listen to her songs and feelings... this is my interpretation of Melody, carefree and happy when no one else is around, singing beautifully with the animals who do listen to her song. I think that Melody would be completely confident and completely herself when she's singing by herself or with animals... I think she would have a profound connection to them and they would relate to each other through their combined singing (does this even make any sense???? It makes sense in my head ok ;_; )

OH and also congratulations to Melody, as in a later reference she ends up getting an album of her own!!
I'm proud of her for finding the courage inside her to express her emotions through her singing to the public!
